Every new enquiry is received by your staff and answered in the manner that I have instructed. This makes the task of identifying the new business simple. I cannot endorse your service enough. More so, I recommend any company or individual who needs to remain available to their customers (despite having a busy schedule) to use your service. To me it has become invaluable!

I wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to Miles, Brian and the team at Techvolution. On Thurs 16th June, sometime around midday I spoke to Brian about the fact Helen (my PA and Office Manager) was about to leave the office in the next couple of hours for a spell of 2 weeks annual leave. Within 3 hours my call answering system had been set up and all it left me to do was to divert my calls. I had been putting off the call to Brian, due to the worries of having to be involved in hours of set up time. I shouldn’t have worried, Brian put the wheels into motion instantly and by first thing Friday morning we were receiving our first messages. Even the fact that we are running a VOIP system didn’t put him off. The only delay was down to our telephone providers, but even so we were still up and running by mid-morning Friday. Having tested the system it takes probably no longer than 2 mins to receive a message once the call has been answered by the Techvolution Team. I have been so impressed, not just by Brian’s ability to swing into action so quickly but also the smooth way in which the service has been introduced. Not only are the operators bright but they are also professional. The system also works and the support you receive from the set-up team is second to none ! It is rare these days for service standards to be so high so I thank Brian for restoring my faith!
Not only were our calls into our office answered efficiently by your team, but we also received a detailed email for each call outlining who had phoned, a contact number and a brief description of the call itself. We would have no hesitation in recommending Techvolution to other businesses and so impressed were we, that we are looking to extend the service to pick up all out of hours calls or other missed calls when the office is unmanned.
I have been using Techvolution for almost 6 months. How to field ‘a phone call when I am out of the office has always been something of a problem. Mine is a family business and so much of the time my wife is able to do this, but there are inevitably times when she is also out. I have previously looked at answering services, but these have always seemed impersonal and rather expensive, and so I have simply diverted my landline to mobile when necessary. This however is not an ideal solution, especially as when I am with a client, I still cannot answer if the mobile rings. When Brian told me about his services during a recent one to one it became clear that he was able to provide the solution I have been looking for. He has provided me with a number to which I can divert calls when necessary. This is answered by his small call centre team as Westbury Wills. They have relevant details and are able to answer basic queries and otherwise take and pass on messages to me by text message and email. I was able to use the service last week when I was away at conference and have been extremely pleased with the way the system has worked. During November of this year (2011) we changed our back office system and the company who were installing it for us needed all of our team to attend a two day training course, this left use with very little staff cover in our shop. I contacted Miles, very late, the day before the training was due to start and asked if Techvolution Ltd could help us. Without hesitation, he set the wheels in motion to cover all or our calls for a two day period. His staff were fantastic, we didn't miss a call and full details of each caller were e-mailed to us immediately. Our initial worry about using an answering service was that "they wouldn't be able to handle our calls properly due to their lack of knowledge of our business" - how wrong we were. They coped brilliantly. We had reason to use their services again this month and once again an excellent job was done by Miles and his team. Because of this we are now looking at using the services of Techvolution on a permanent basis from the new year.
