Many of our clients want more than just simple message taking, or us calling for example appoint reminders. Often a phone call triggers a series of actions or events that our client wants us to deal with on their behalf without them having to be involved in every procedure or decision.
We work with our clients so we understand the context of the situation or process, and put in place all of the procedural elements that they feel confident to outsource to us. These may be emergency situations like a fire when a business continuity plan is put into action. Alternatlively it may be a business looking after properties where out of hours calls are regular and we are entrusted to determine the severity of it. Here we make relevant and appropriate phone calls to have the problem dealt with straight away ... or left until the next morning.
