- Complete answering - where we answer all calls that come in in the customers name
- Holiday & sickness cover - when our clients are short staffed
- Mobile phone cover - for when staff are driving or in meetings and are unable to take the call themselves
- Out of hours - this includes early mornings, through the evenings and at night, weekends and national holidays
- Overflow support - here we answer the phones when the client's lines are busy or they simply cannot answer the phone themselves
