Representing other companies

This service has been put in place for companies who work with and on behalf of other businesses or organisations where they have multiple incoming phone numbers and they need to be able identify which of their client companies the caller has telephoned. In additions if they are already on another call or not available to take the call, the call will be directed to the Techvolution service which answer the call in the appropriate clients name, take a message and relay it accordingly.

The Techvolution solution does not require a new telephone system or additional lines so is ideal for smaller businesses or consultants working alone. This inexpensive and highly flexible solution allows you to take on new clients or projects, and when the phone rings be advised which organisation is being called by a whisper announcement facility that only you can hear.

For example an interim project manager who is consulting for three companies and has three separate phone numbers (one for each company) all directed towards one regular landline number. On picking up the phone the person will hear "Company Alpha" by way of an initial announcement. From this they immediately know which client they are to represent, which file to open, and as a result be prepared for the discussion.
