Order taking

One of the greatest frustrations is not being able to take an order when a customer calls in. This can be due to the phones being too busy, the computers having a problem, or the appropriate people not being in the office.

We can either take the order calls all of the time, when the lines are busy or for when people call outside of normal office hours.

Our staff are all CRB checked and the office is PCI compliant for taking credit card transactions. This service can be provided on a dedicated basis or as part of your general call answering and message taking service.
