Appointment confirmation

How annoying is it when you are expecting a customer or supplier to visit you, or even worse when you drive to see them and find out they have forgotten?

We can work with you to call people who are booked into your diary to confirm their attendance or determine when they would next be available if the planned meeting day is no longer possible. If we know when you are free we could make the arrangements there and then, otherwise we would email these details to you.

Clients using the Diary Management service could have all of this information entered directly into their calendar.
