Diary Management

A number of calls we make are to book appointments and get a commitment from the person called to have a meeting. If we are able to see your diary "live" and enter appointments directly this greatly improves the chance of any appointment taking place.

We work with a number of different diary systems including Outlook, Google, service desk software and other proprietary systems.

This service can also be used when we are taking the calls on your behalf as well.
