Customer feedback

We all want to get feedback - good or bad from our customers. How many of us have time to do it? Why are we missing out on this goldmine of information?

Good feedback can be a great source of testimonials and possible referrals. Bad feedback can highlight issues or failings in our processes or delivery, which if not put right can lose us clients and potentially damage our reputation further.

Techvolution can work with you to contact your clients and acquire their feedback. This could be a one off project, or it could be more regular such as contacting a percentage of clients who have been invoiced in a month, or focussing on those who have purchased a particular product or service.

We are able to work within your in house systems if access is provided, or collate the information in a structured way on a spread sheet or database.

Not all feedback is good feedback ...... but all feedback is useful feedback!
