Customer follow-ups
Can you remember the last time that you were called after someone had done some work in your house, or when a product or service had been delivered to your workplace?
It does not happen often! So for a small charge set yourself apart from the competition - thank the person for their custom and get some timely feedback from them. You may find that they are willing to recommend you to others and give you their details. You may find that there is a persistent problem that you were not aware of. You may find that one of your staff needs additional training.
Techvolution can offer either a simple or comprehensive follow up service. Either way you know it will be totally independent and unbiased as we have no affiliation with any of your staff or contractors. All we need to have is a list of the jobs done or deliveries made on a daily basis, with the names and telephone numbers of the clients and we can call either all or a proportion of the customers.
Such work can be set up for the duration of a campaign or as part of a quality management system where customers are called regularly over time and trends can be drawn from the information gleaned. We can work with your in house systems, web-forms, spreadsheets or databases to fit in with your processes.
